Network Rail Works Delivery Peterborough carry out essential works on the OLE across the southern area of the LNE route.
They have a high number of live projects ongoing simultaneously along with a large workforce managing and delivering critical works across the infrastructure.
They have a central store location in Peterborough which is the logistical hub for operations, materials, and resources. The WD Team need to mobilise quickly and ensure they have the right tools and materials to carry out works.
How is CensiteStores Used?
Digital Documentation - Site information such as specifications, design information and Line diagrams are uploaded to Censite in Rail Week Folders.
Site Reports - Daily Site Reports are completed by teams across the portfolio and sent directly from Censite to all key stakeholders.
Site Forms - Forms have been created to digitise site process such as scoping documents, rail drop inspections.
Briefings - Daily Task Briefings and ToolBox talks are completed digitally by the Site Supervisors.
